Security Operatives – Cornwall & SW

Pay: £12.22 – £20.00 per hour

JWG Protection is recruiting professional, reliable Security Operatives to join our growing teams across various locations throughout the UK.

This is ongoing work with regular opportunities across licensed premises, events, and static sites depending on experience and availability.

The Role

Providing a visible, professional security presence
Access control, patrols, and incident response
Maintaining the safety of staff, patrons, and property
Clear communication with management and control
Acting in line with company procedures and SIA standards

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (role dependent)
Right to work in the UK
Good communication and situational awareness
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
CCTV licence desirable (not essential for all roles)
